Courses & seminars
Use cases
Section titled “Use cases”The add-on is suitable for:
- Courses and workshops (e.g. sports courses, music lessons, open sessions)
- Seminars and training
- Events with limited participant capacity
- Offers where attendance tracking is desired
Course and seminar overview
Section titled “Course and seminar overview”After the add-on is activated, a new section appears in the main menu for your event series. It provides an overview of all courses and seminars you have created. Each event series groups multiple individual dates under one title – e.g. “Open Sessions”, “Children’s Swimming Course”, or “Monday Yoga”.
Click Edit to open a course and access its individual tabs.
Managing dates
Section titled “Managing dates”The first tab of a course shows the date overview – a list of all individual dates you have created for this course. Here you can:
- Create new dates – Create a new booking in a specific resource for a given date and time. The date is automatically added to the list of available dates.
- View participants – For each date you can see the number of registered participants and open the attendee list.
- Manage waitlist – If the waitlist is enabled, people on the waitlist are also shown per date.
- Cancel dates – Via the “Cancel all dates” button you can cancel the entire course. All participants are automatically notified by email.

Section titled “As a direct link”Each widget has its own URL that you can use independently of the booking platform – e.g. in emails, on your website, or in social media posts. This lets you link customers directly to a specific course offering.
Booking from the customer’s perspective
Section titled “Booking from the customer’s perspective”When a customer opens the seminar and course booking widget on the booking platform, they see:
- Course overview – All available courses and seminars with title, image, and short description.
- Course details – After clicking a course: full description, venue, price per participant, and a list of all upcoming dates.
- Available spots – Per date, the number of remaining spots is displayed (if the Participant count public option is enabled).

- Complete booking – After registration, availability updates immediately for other customers.
