Grouping lets you break down data e.g. by month, customer group, or resource.

- Sports development plans and annual reports
- Requests from the city council or municipal bodies
- Internal reporting and controlling
Check-in
Section titled “Check-in”With check-in you record actual use of your resources – as opposed to booked utilisation alone.
Set up check-in
Section titled “Set up check-in”- Enable check-in on the Check-in tab of the respective resource.
- In resource info (from the dashboard or resource list) you find the check-in options:

Section titled “Check-in from the customer’s perspective”On the check-in page customers can confirm their visit. The page also offers booking directly via the linked widget.
Reporting
Section titled “Reporting”Actual utilisation appears under Statistics > Resources. There, check-in-based use is compared to booked utilisation.
Locaboo Assistant
Section titled “Locaboo Assistant”The Locaboo Assistant is an AI-powered chat assistant that supports your daily work with Locaboo.
Data analysis
Section titled “Data analysis”The assistant has access to booking data, billing data, resource data, customer groups, and inventory and services. You can request analyses in natural language, e.g.:
- “Which resource had the highest revenue last year?”
- “How many bookings were there last quarter on weekends vs. weekdays?”
Results can be shown as bar, line, or pie charts.
Making bookings
Section titled “Making bookings”The assistant can also create bookings:
- “Book the next free one-hour slot in the football stadium.”
- “Which resources are still free tomorrow at noon?”
In follow-up messages you do not need to repeat context – the assistant keeps the conversation history.
