Overview

Summary

Under Settings you configure cross-cutting features that apply to the entire account – from general display to invoice settings and tax management, email texts, widgets, and import/export.

The Settings area is the central place for all account-wide configuration in Locaboo. Open it via Settings in the left navigation.

General settings	Logo, dashboard view, tracking code, and greeting text
Customers	Number range and prefix for customer numbers
Calendar	Calendar scale, default view, colour scheme, and iCal sync
Invoice	Prefixes & number ranges, advanced settings, finance settings, backgrounds, and automatic invoice dispatch
Tax management	Tax rates, calculation method, and tax rules per customer group
Integrations	Interfaces to accounting systems, Tapkey, WebUntis, and other services
Booking	Price display, required fields, editing by customers, cancellation terms, and conflict requests
Import / export	Import and export customer data via CSV
Payment methods	Configure and manage online payment methods
Participants	Configure participant management for bookings
Contract	Contract templates and settings
Platform / widgets	Configure booking platform, customisation, legal notices, and booking settings
Emails	Customise email texts, placeholders, and individual texts per customer group and resource
Custom fields	Create additional input fields for bookings and use them for tariff differentiation
Approval workflows	Approval workflows for bookings and documents
Customer registration	Registration settings and approval of new customers

Note

Personal settings (company data, billing address, login & security, notifications) are opened via the gear icon at the top right – these apply per user, not account-wide.
