Profile settings
You reach your profile via the profile icon in the top right. Profile settings are split into several tabs: Account (↗ open), Contact details (↗ open), Billing address (↗ open), Login & security (↗ open), General settings (↗ open), Tracking (↗ open), Notifications (↗ open), and Invoices (↗ open).
Account
Section titled “Account”On the Account tab you see an overview of your account:

| Account | Shows your account type (e.g. user) and the associated manager account with ID. |
| Contact details | Overview of your stored data: name, phone, fax, and email address. |
| Add-ons | Shows the add-ons enabled for your account. |
Contact details
Section titled “Contact details”On the Contact details tab you edit your contact information:

| VAT ID | VAT identification number. |
| Department | Your department within the organisation. |
| First name / last name | Your full name. |
| Address | Street, postal code, city. |
| Phone / fax | Your phone and fax numbers. |

Billing address
Section titled “Billing address”On the Billing address tab you manage the address and email address used for your Locaboo invoices. This data appears on invoices that Locaboo issues to you as the customer (not to be confused with invoices you issue to your own customers).

| Address | Billing address (street, postal code, city). |
| Email address to which Locaboo invoices are sent. You can store a separate billing email here, e.g. if your finance department should receive invoices directly. |
Login & security
Section titled “Login & security”On the Login & security tab you manage your credentials and two-factor authentication (2FA).
Two-factor authentication
Section titled “Two-factor authentication”2FA increases the security of your account. Two methods are available:
| Method | Description |

| Authentication via app | Scan the QR code with any authenticator app (e.g. Google Authenticator, Authy) and enter the one-time password. Alternatively, you can enter the key manually in the app. |
| Authentication via email | On each login you receive a one-time password by email to your stored email address. |
Account email and password
Section titled “Account email and password”Here you can change your email address and password.
General settings
Section titled “General settings”On the General settings tab you configure personal preferences:

| Unsubscribe from newsletter | Disables receipt of the Locaboo newsletter. |
| Unsubscribe from info emails | Disables receipt of informational emails from Locaboo. |
Tracking
Section titled “Tracking”On the Tracking tab you control web analytics collection. You can prevent your actions from being analysed and linked.

| Web analytics opt-out | Checkbox to disable web analytics (Matomo). When enabled, your visit is no longer tracked. |
Notifications
Section titled “Notifications”On the Notifications tab you choose which events you want to be notified about. For each notification type you can set separately whether you receive it in-app and/or by email.

| New booking added | When a new booking (direct booking) is created. |
| Booking edited | When an existing booking is changed. |
| Booking status changed | When a booking’s status changes. |
| Booking deleted | When a booking is deleted. |
| New customer awaiting activation | When a new customer has registered and is waiting to be activated. |
| New customer registration | When a new customer registers. |
| Customer’s personal data edited | When a customer changes their personal data. |
| Customer cancelled request | When a customer cancels a booking request. |
| Booking cancelled by customer | When a customer cancels a confirmed booking. |
| Participant cancelled booking | When a participant cancels their participation in a booking. |
| New damage reported | When a customer submits a damage report via the platform. |
Invoices
Section titled “Invoices”On the Invoices tab you see invoices that Locaboo has issued to your account (your Locaboo licence invoices). Here you can view and download invoices.
