Event manager
How it works
Section titled “How it works”An event consists of multiple bookings that can span different resources and time ranges. All bookings belong to the same event and are managed as one connected event.
Example – anniversary celebration:
| Booking | Resource | Time |
|---|---|---|
| Setup | Entrance hall | 08:00–10:00 |
| Celebration | Event hall | 10:00–16:00 |
| Teardown | Entrance hall | 16:00–18:00 |
All three bookings belong to the event “25th anniversary celebration”. You can add inventory (e.g. party equipment) or services (e.g. catering) to individual bookings. The system automatically determines the total duration of the event and produces a clear overall bill.
