Use cases
Section titled “Use cases”The add-on is suitable for:
- Courses and workshops (e.g. sports courses, music lessons)
- Seminars and training
- Events with limited participant capacity
- Offers where attendance tracking is desired
Participant types
Section titled “Participant types”Under Settings > Participants you set the participant type:

| Participant | Standard participant management for individual bookings. |
| Seminar / course | Extended administration for courses and seminars with additional options. |
| Courses | English variant for international use. |
Participant management
Section titled “Participant management”Add participants
Section titled “Add participants”Participants can be added to a booking:
- Manually by the manager/user in the booking sidebar
- By customers on the booking platform (when enabled)
Participant list
Section titled “Participant list”The participant list shows all registered participants with:
- Name and contact details
- Registration status
- Check-in status (checked in / not checked in)
General settings
Section titled “General settings”For bookings with participants you can configure:

| Maximum participants | Limits the number of registrations. |
| Waitlist | Enables a waitlist when the maximum number of participants is reached. |
| Registration deadline | Defines until when participants can register. |
Tickets and check-in
Section titled “Tickets and check-in”Participants receive a ticket that can be scanned. Under Settings > Participants you can define whether tickets should still be scannable after check-out (Ticket scannable after check-out).
Communication
Section titled “Communication”The add-on extends communication with participant-specific emails:
- Participant confirmation – confirmation of registration
- Participant cancellation – information when someone cancels
- Course reminder – reminder before the course date
Email texts can be customised under Settings > Emails.
Advanced settings
Section titled “Advanced settings”Additional configuration options for courses and seminars are available in the advanced settings of the respective booking, including:
- Custom fields for participants
- Participation fees
- Certificates and attestations
